Sunflower, Sesame and Flax Seed Loaf

Thought I'd bake something that wasn't cake for once.  Followed this recipe. Lovely texture though slightly yeasty probably as I added extra yeast as the first lot of water didn't seem to be frothing very well...

  1. Looks great - what did you use instead of the honey? This is a great bread recipe http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/2010/sep/11/rosemary-recipes-hugh-fearnley-whittingstall - I can recommend adding thyme and some roasted garlic too. Got a bag of rye flour in the cupboard that needs using up, that will be my next bread experiment!
